About Me

My photo
Raymond T. Nash, CGCS
I developed a passion for the game of golf early in life, beginning with junior golf, and it has only grown while in my current position at Dominion Valley Country Club. After graduating from the University of Maryland in 1989, I began my career in golf course maintenance. I joined the Dominion Valley team in 2000 and have been involved in three golf course construction projects with Toll Brothers. In 2009, I earned the distinguished title of Certified Golf Course Superintendent, one of only 1,918 in the world. As an advocate of continuing education, I attend annual professional classes and seminars and am also President of the Greater Washington Association of Golf Course Superintendents. When not enjoying time with my family, you are likely to see me on the course tending to each green, tee and fairway with meticulous care.
